Restoration Process

Our process uses a calibrated, hands-free sharpening system. This removes the human variable of inconsistent manual pressure, ensuring every blade receives a perfectly consistent sharpening.

We use a metal removal gauge to carefully measure and remove only the tiny bit of metal needed to restore a perfect edge, maximizing the life of your blades.

Once reassembled, we use a blade scale to set the tension just right. Proper tension helps blades cut effectively and prevents your clipper motor from overheating.

We meticulously check the 'set-back' to ensure cutting teeth are properly positioned. This prevents nicks and ensures clippers are safe and perform correctly.
